There great for gluten free diet and ketonas well

This is a great product. It's the best brand of shirataki pasta that I've ever purchased. Highly recommend.

I'm not sure why pasta made from a relatively small amount of powdered plant root should cost so much, but this is one of the better brands and is also rather expensive. It's a shame, since this is high in quality, doesn't smell awful, and isn't too chewy to be palatable. The big benefit is that this type of pasta in all its forms is super low in carbohydrates, fat, sodium, and calories and doesn't contain any weird chemicals, which makes it perfect for keto and other low-carb diet regimens. We like it at least as well now as conventional pasta... and it's ready to heat and eat without a lengthy cooking time!

Price is good, taste is fine after you rinse it, but out of the bag the smell is awful. So overall 3 stars.

Very easy product to use. Gives the right texture to some recipes we stopped eating when we went to a lower carb diet. We don't eat it by itself, it works great with stir fry or other recipes that we had used rice. Definitely would recommend trying. Only reason for a four out of five is that we ordered two packages of the rice shaped Shirataki. Got one package rice and and one of fettuccini noodles. The fettuccini has a different texture than the rice. The fettuccini is chewier than normal noodles from when we tried them before, not our first choice, but they would work in a pinch. We will definitely use the rice.

Great product to control weight

We buy this rice to make oriental fried rice with. I usually make 3-4 packages for our large family. I rinse and then let set in a drainer for at least a day to get the most water out of the product before putting it in with the other fried rice ingredients (mushrooms, onions, garlic, carrots, cellery, chicken, egg, soy sauce, and seasonings). Its amazing and guilt free. The texture is a little more rubbery for lack of a better word than regular white rice, but my family members say they like the texture. I want to try it with some broccoli and cheese sauce too as a side dish soon.

When I had to cut out rice from my diet, I needed something to replace it. Not a big fan of cauliflower so have this a try. It absorbs the flavour of my dish and make the perfect replacement. I rinse of off and then plop it into whatever I am cooking and let it warm up in the dish. No longer miss rice as this is a much better option
