Game changer. 48 yr old male avg fitness level. I've been taking this once daily at the recommended dosage of 2 capsules in the morning for 5 days now. I have more long sustained energy, more mental clarity and my libido is noticeably stronger. Great product that works. Had a slight headache the first few days but that seems to have subsided. I find my general mood is more calm and relaxed now as well. Get it..it works

Great supplement

I’m always skeptical of “supplements” given they’re often back by questionable studies and not certified to contain what they actually claim. With that in mind I rolled the dice on trying this and Fadogia (same brand) as often recommended to stack together. Well, I’ve noticed a difference. Haven’t had my testosterone tested, or any other labs, so this is all personal experience. I’ve legit felt different. More energy, increased libido, better workouts, I just feel better. Oh yeah, fadogia is also claimed to increase testicular size…..it does, at least in my case. The only other thing I’ve changed is adding running into my weekly routine (2-3x per week). While it no doubt has helped to a degree it can’t account for all the positive changes I’ve had. Should also mention that everytime I’ve tried to begin running in the past I’ve had overuse injuries to my knees that stopped me early into developing the habit. I’ve intentionally paced myself to avoid that this time around and so far it’s worked. I can’t assert the supplements have helped with this, but I can’t deny it either. I’d recommend any man 30+ try this, I’m 39 going on 40. It’s taken about 2 weeks for me to see a noticeable change, so at worst you’re out roughly $40 if it doesn’t work for you. I’ve spent more on less. Definitely worth trying as you may be very pleased with the results. Only possible downside I’ve noticed in the same time period is a slight decrease in quality and duration of sleep.

It works great butttttttt…. I’m 43and I cannot take it within 4 hrs of bedtime. Due to the directions, it states to take 1 tablet, twice a day. So naturally, I would take my second dose in the evening to space things out. When I did, I would have restless body issues and felt the need to sprint out of bed. I would toss and turn with bent-up restlessness. So be mindful. But it does work well for my needs. More energy, better erections, improved gym performance. But I only take 1 pill as opposed to 2. I have taken a second dose on occasion. But usually when I’m leaving work (4-4:30).

I've been using this product for over a year and with the confirmation of blood work, I can honestly say my hormone levels have been optional. Momentous Tongat Ali will stay a part of my regular regimen.

He has not seen any difference in his levels after taking this. Will try another brand perhaps.
