This company has improved the lid and they include an insert for the opening of the bottle that slows the pour making it more manageable. The insert works effectively as intended. This oil arrived perfectly sealed and thoughtfully packaged.Update: I realize that mct oil and c8 oil does not require refrigeration. However, after refrigeration it solidified. It also tastes like coconut oil. Not so sure this is c8 only. I am not new to mct oil and have NEVER had mct oil solidify in the refrigerator. Also, the mct oil that I have purchased in the past has been tasteless as opposed to tasting like coconut oil.

Love this!! Especially being a beginner in keto, I add a tbsp of this to my tea or yogurt and it keeps me full till I get home for my 2nd and last meal of the day. The flavor is smooth and the oil is a good consistency, But the last bottle I ordered was delivered via usps and the cap was pretty much broken (which is why I deducted a star)😩😑. It was in the box without any protection unlike my first order which had a cardboard box around the bottle to prevent it from being damaged. Though nothing spilled in the box, the cap being broken sorta ruins this for me as idk how long the oil will survive till I can pour it in another bottle. Will add a photo later

I did notice that my ketone tests were showing a darker color after I started using this product so I have every reason to believe it works. I like how they manufactured it I have no complaints beyond that the product arrived at my house In the condition you see in the image. From a safety standpoint, I shouldn’t even be using it. I think the plastic cap is not substantial enough to survive shipping, especially on a bottle of product that’s so heavy. They need to put metal caps on these bottles.
