SeatCraft Innovator Reclining Sofa with Power and Drop Down Table, Black

This is a garbagy product, The shipping company was below bottom of the barrel and lied. The product arrived with one of the controls not working. The seats get stuck in reclined position. Never buy from these people! Actually, when it comes to furniture buying "anything" will disappoint you wither from store or online. These people are "used car salesmen" in disguise.

When we saw this unit, we were very impressed at the style and functions it came with. After reading the 3 reviews that were posted we thought we would give it a try. The reviews were two 5 stars and one 2 star for the shipping company. We got our unit and assembled it and were exited to use it in our TV room. Only after a couple of weeks, we found that we have to keep 'lifting' ourselves back into the seats as you tend to slide down and then forward when reclined for watching tv for any length of time. Very irritating! The bonded leather is also very uncomfortable, we live in California and its only May and we are already sweating in the seats, so we have to put a towel on them! This we also hate having to do! It takes away from all of the reasons we bought this product! The shipping company was very helpful in getting the unit up to the door of our house even though he didn't have to. Given the chance to do this over, we would NOT purchase this sofa. Bought this couch for a home theater installation. Although it is comfortable, there are some issues with it. First we ordered a brown couch, but it looks black, not brown. But the biggest issue is that the bonded leather is flaking off after a few years. It is really cheap. We have bits of it on the floor all around the couch. It is happening on the headrest, arm rest, and on the leg support. I even get it in my hair from the headrest. The areas on the couch look terrible where it is happening, and we have found no way to stop it. Buyer beware.

We love it! The couch ships in four large pieces, and all of the electrical components (cables & power supply) are included in a small red bag stapled to the underside of the bottom section. It weighs in at over 350lbs, but with some creative use of the shipping box, I was able to slide it into the house, up two steps, by myself. Once assembled, the couch is very comfortable. I really like that there are no gaps in the foot-rest section when it is extended, as you get with most recliners. The storage compartments in the arms are very deep and can hold lots of manuals and remotes and random junk. The fold-out center section is nice, but a bit awkward. It doesn't really serve as an arm rest and the cup holders are a bit shallow, but the USB ports and power outlets all work great for charging portable electronics (tablets, phones, etc.). The only reasons it doesn't get 5 stars is that there is no way to turn off the bright indicator lights for the couch adjustment controls, and it has no clearance on the floor to allow a tv table or something to be slid up to it.

Fast delivery of sofa. The electric controls are great. Everyone likes the looks of the "spaceship" sofa. I like the electrical access panel. I use it to charge the cellphone ! The lighted cup holders are great ! I have a couple of cons with the sofa: 1. sofa leg support alittle short, my feet hang over the edge. 2. reading lights are not big enough, or are not very bright. Over all, I really like the sofa. I would highly recommend it.

We loved this sofa until it started disintegrating. The bonded leather keeps bubbling, and we have spent hundreds of dollars having pieces of it replaced. It is not only unsightly, but it is costly to have repaired. It is deteriorating so much that we may have to replace it soon.

This thing is a beast, but we love it! Lots of cool bells & whistles. Looks better in person than the pics do it justice. It is very comfortable, but not the best for a couple wnating to snuggle up together on the couch to watch a movie. But perfect if you don't mind sitting a little further apart.

this is not worth the money at all everything in the couch from the nuts and bolts was rusted the couch only tilt back on the 29 degree angleand the whole thing is very cheaply made
