Great shampoo! It definitely cleans my hair without leaving any residue. The lather is nice and I like the scent.

I have MCAS & this is the ONLY shampoo I have found that doesn't make me breakout. It makes my hair feel clean so it's definitely effective. I have long fine hair, so I really need something light weight. There's absolutely no smell that I've noticed, & I'm sensitive to all smells. The liquid is very thin, so be careful not to let is slip out of your hands. LOL. It's definitely worth the price for me, I also use the conditioner on my roots.

Clean shampoo and wouldnt irriate scalp. Hair felt heavy at times and it would require a lot to clean short hair (mens wavy hair - 4 inches). Expect to use a lot but good for skin.

This is the first shampoo I’ve tried after discovering through allergy testing that I’m allergic to linalool and other common chemicals. Finding a truly minimal, fragrance-free option was a challenge, but I’m really glad I gave The Ordinary Sulphate 4% Cleanser a try. It arrived very securely packaged — sealed inside the lid, covered in external plastic, and cushioned with brown paper. There was no leaking, and the product was in perfect condition. It also has absolutely no scent, which is a huge plus for someone with sensitivities like mine. I’m primarily using it as a shampoo, and while it does clean my hair effectively, there are a few trade-offs. The texture is quite runny and it doesn’t lather or foam like traditional shampoos. Because of that, I find myself using about twice as much product as I do conditioner to feel like I’m getting full coverage. After rinsing, my hair has a squeaky-clean feel and definitely needs conditioner afterward to bring back some moisture. Overall, it’s a gentle and safe option for sensitive skin and allergy-prone individuals. I just wish it foamed more and required less product per use. Still, I’ll keep using it for the peace of mind it gives me.

Best shampoo I've ever used. I had fought dandruff for years until this shampoo (it isn't anti dandruff, but worked for me).

Silver Gray Hair. This is the best shampoo for silver hair I’ve ever used. It removes yellow and leaves my hair frizz free even in winter. It doesn’t lather so I am probably using too much of it but my hair doesn’t seem to mind. Wish they’d make a refillable pump bottle. I wash my hair everyday, but my hair looks good with this shampoo even when I don’t. I use the conditioner too, but just a tiny bit. It goes a long way.
