I love this unscented version of the balm. It comes in a small amount which is perfect for using during the healing process and then disposing afterwards. Just hold it on your skin for a couple seconds so it warms up and then it glides on easily. A nice healthy alternative to petroleum products. The mad rabbit website says don’t use for the first 24-48 hours after your new tattoo for safety reasons, so I follow that advice. it helps keep the tattoo just moisturized enough without overdoing it once the skin is ready for it.

A great product! I’ve ordered more since this order. It does exactly what it says. Healing of the new tattoo was perfect and even bringing back the old ones to life.

Love this product. It’s one of my go-tos for aftercare and keeping my tattoos looking like I just got them. Goes on smooth. It’s definitely greasy when you first apply, but quickly absorbs and doesn’t cause many problems. Wish the product was a little bigger, but the stick lasts a good while.

I've been getting tattoos for almost 20 years. Get a lot on year, then a few years take break and get some more. This year is the year of tattoos and it's the first time I've used tattoo products (saniderm, hustle butter, tattoo goo, mad rabbit). Always just used aquaphor and dial soap after removing the plastic wrap, so was pleasantly surprised that tattoo products exist and was eager to try! And I've tried a lot this year. And this Mad Rabbit excuse of a product is the worst thing ever. First of all, it's SO SMALL. i can get a WHOLE TUB of hustle butter for the same price. It also doesn't go on smoothly, it flakes onto my skin and then I have to use my hands anyway to spread the flakes on my skin. Can't say how useful it is because it's so small, I barely got any use out of it before it ran out. I was using it on a full arm sleeve and it wasn't enough product to last long enough to see how effective it is. So disappointed I don't even think I'll be trying other Mad Rabbit products. Would rather go back to dial and aquaphor. Do yourself a favor and just get a tub of Hustle Butter instead!

Ehh, not much product in the tube, seems like I got 4-5 uses out of it. Not worth the money in my opinion

My only complaint is that the product could be bigger. Other than that it goes on smooth adds shine and luster to my new tattoos and old ones as well.

Loved it ! Used it on new tattoo over the soothing gel for added moisture after it started healing . Highly recommend!

The main advantage of this is that its compact. It fits better into a small purse and is more convenient. It's unscented, so that it can be used for new tattoos... Packaging says to throw away after healing process, I assume because of scabby blood filth..... But the stick feels like it has more balm than a new tattoo would use... I feel like they should have either made a dedicated new tattoo stick, or put a nice scent in it and sold it as the compact easy use version of the balm that it is more suited too. Update after my first tube: Not at all worth it. I did not feel comfortable using something that thick on a new tattoo preferring to use the lotion and the gel which works great. I used it like I would use the balm while it functions fine it ran out in no time. And on top of that there was like a half inch of the stuff below the rim of the max expansion of the base that I could only get out with a knife and there were ridges in it that even made that hard. Meanwhile I am still rolling on my first tin of the balm. Just get the tin It lasts longer its not that much bigger and your not payong for a lipstick feature that holds so little of the stuff and likely wastes a good bit of that if you dont scrape it out. A good idea but poorly executed.
