Effective.

Fit and nicely mold to different areas of the body and do a good long-lasting job of easing pains. So comfortable you cannot feel it is there. Totally flat to lie directly on it for sleep. Smooth and invisible appearance under clothing -- or if on exposed site it is unnoticeable since it is skin-colored (unless your skin is very dark). Some might object to fragrance, but I like it and find it soothing myself. Only thing I would caution about is using on sensitive area ... I placed it on achy spot underarm, and it stung -- perhaps I had failed to thoroughly clean off all antiperspirant first. Since then, I have been careful to use these patches only on clean dry non-sensitive areas.

Salonpas does what it says it does-gives relief. I like fact that the patches are small, and quite portable to slip into your purse or pocket. You can line up more than one patch if you need to cover a larger area
