I take a good quality multivitamin, but like to boost it with an extra B-complex. I had been taking a different brand, but didn't like that the amounts of each vitamin were far more than I needed. I searched and searched, but found that most B-complex offerings were either overly high dosages or contained the same amount of each B vitamin. which is definitely not the correct balance. This one checks all the boxes. It is the strength I was looking for and the vitamin amounts are in perfect balance. If I were taking this without an additional good multi that includes the spectrum of Bs, it wouldn't be nearly enough. But for me, this is the perfect addition to my daily vitamin intake.

I wasn’t taking these for my nails but I noticed my nails had stopped breaking and were growing fast! This is a result I don’t get with any of my multivitamins alone. My nails would never last, always peeling or breaking so fast so I would use dip powder to help my nails stay long longer. I took picture so you could see where even the fake nails took chunks of my real nail with it(the clear parts of the nail). Any other time my nails would break especially fast where the chunks would be missing but since taking this my nails had not broken for an entire month of me taking these. These chunks have been on my nails for like two-three months now, I’ve just been growing them out and filing them when they get longer than I like. I did stop purchasing this because it was too expensive for my family and we found a good replacement that does the same and last longer but this the area (my nails) is where I noticed this product working for me.

Update: seller refunded my money. They have good customer service, and just because it didn’t work for me doesn’t mean it won’t work for you. Original review: I didn’t feel like I took any B at all.

Great B complex. Alot of complex have like 5x your daily value, which you don't need. This just has 100%DV, gives a good boost, and doesn't mess with my sleep. 👍👍
