The lawnmower part was super easy to put together using the qr code video. The grass catcher did not have a code, and directions were a little unclear. I would mow a little, adjust a little. Finally got it, I think. The mower itself works well. Im 65 with bad legs and I could do my little yard. I wasn't too hard to push. My grass was longer than recommended so I just made several passes. I will give it a go every morning for a few days, and then I should be good to mow twice a week. Summertime where I live the grass grows so fast. I love the quietness.

Reason I took one star away is the grass catcher is made for this model and a larger one. Therefore it is wider and doesn't fit as well as it could. The front edge of the catcher also sits too low to the ground (vs being even all the way across - it kinda sags on the side closest to the blades). This sometimes causes the catcher to get caught on twigs/sticks, etc. or get displaced when I'm mowing some uneven ground in my yard. On to the good stuff. Love the color! Easy to assemble. Lightweight and very maneuverable. Cuts grass nicely. Has adjustment settings on how short to cut grass as well. And . . . Excellent Customer Service. Had a problem with the mower blade getting stuck every so often. Rep explained to me what was happening and that solved the problem. Too much stuff on bar behind the blades. Need to empty catcher more often and not let the grass build up. Probably not explaining this well, but he understood and helped me solve the problem. As you can tell, I'm not familiar with mowing the lawn - ha! Using our power mower was out of the question as I am a petite woman and do not have the strength to pull the cord to start the darn thing! Let alone control it on the big hill section of our yard. Sooo, this manual mower is just what I needed. Just need that grass catcher to fit a little better and it would be perfect. I DO recommend this mower

Easy to assemble, cuts well, appears robust. My only nitpick is that the bag attachment doesnt catch everything. Seems great for smaller to medium yards. No need for gas or batteries, just a bit of elbow grease.

It’s an okay mower. It doesn’t cut the grass short enough and the collection mechanism is flimsy and comes off when using. The collector kind of works but also a lot of grass doesn’t go in.

When the directions tell you to make sure you have all the pieces before assembling, they mean it! I did try assembling the lawn-mower without checking to see if I had all the pieces. Many YT videos later and an intense perusal of the microscopic and incomprehensible manual, I figured out the problem: I am missing the screws, and there's no way around the missing parts. Pros: The aqua-marine color is lovely; its light enough to carry back to UPS to return to seller. Cons: will never know if it works because its missing pieces and can't be assembled without them.

My daughter and I were tired of all the small engines that break down and need repair so we opted for this non-motorized way to cut our grass. It's very easy to use - a great way to get a work out (walking back and forth while mowing) - it's lightweight and easy to push. The only down side is you have to rake your yard of any twigs before mowing as the twigs get stuck in the blades and stop you from mowing. Environmentally friendly! No small engine to have to gas up or repair! Beats any lawnmower I've ever had, hands down!

if you are on a low budget, environmentally conscious, do not like loud machines, wanna take a few more steps and move your body, have tight paths or a hilly yard, this is the mower. I LOVE IT! l understand the manual feature is not for everybody. But it is a great excuse to burn some calories. It is very durable. The blades are super sharp and perform well. the wheels move great and stable. I have not had it long enough to see when the blades will need sharpening but l think the maintenance will not be more work than other machines.

I really enjoy cutting the lawn with this reel mower! So quiet. I'm pleased with its cutting ability and the appearance of my lawn afterwards. I love having the grass catcher bag attachment -- that said, the quality of this attachment needs improvement! The attachment added $40 to the total price. Before I was done with the 2nd cut, the metal bracket which stabilizes the grass catcher bag, keeping it open and upright, it had completely come apart from the bottom, the stitching disintegrated. By the 4th cut, the edges of the bag are already considerably worn. For $40 bucks, the bag should have at least made it to a 2nd summer! Mower 5 stars, easy assembly, does the job. Grass catcher attachment 2 stars , does the job, but poor materials, poorly made.
