This tea tastes terrible! It has an appropriate name, however it is an excellent natural way to lower high blood sugar. My brother lowered his blood sugar by 20 points with in an hour of consuming a cup of tea. He keeps it on hand and will drink it when he cheats on his diet.

Excellent product from Belize. You can brew this, then strain it, or you can add White Label and let it sit for weeks if not months. Strain it and you will reap the longevity of plants.

I drink it because my family has been drinking this plant for many many years. It tastes horrible, but I feel that it's effective in keeping my circulatory and digestive system healthy.

This bitter herb, is very bitter and curbs appetite. Don't need to use too much, so it last a while. Would definitely buy again!

Used this for a nasty infection. While it did help initially, it became ineffective after 2 days each time we used it. The tea was inconsistent as some leaves are potent and some not. So it was hit and miss. You know its potent if it tastes terrible, but sometimes no taste even after a few leaves were steeped. No bitter taste means not strong enough. Some leaves were too dried out therefore ineffective, from shipping process? Eventually, we had to get a much more powerful chemical.
