I used these pads for 6 nights, apparently, I am 5'4 of toxic waste, they were black every morning. I didn't sleep any better or worse than I normally do. I still have 9 more sets to go, I will be really surprised if I see or feel anything different. I had to try

This is silly. The product turning black is a chemical reaction not toxins. If you have any mental reaction to the product like feeling better or sleeping better, it is a placebo affect. Don't waste your money. If you want to get rid of toxins, work up a good sweat every day and drink a lot of water.

The first time I tried the pads was eye opening. Not sure how it works but leaving them on overnight was so easy and the pads were black when I removed them in the morning so I do believe it takes out the toxins in your body. The only problem for me is that the 10 pads, using 2 pads at a time for five applications is costly. Also on the package it says it’s recommended to do it five nights in a row, which is even more costly than spreading it out with a few days in between which is the way I would use them.

This is the first time that I have used any type of foot pad detox. It is very easy to use and when you remove the pads after leaving them on overnight - the pads are black; to show the toxins being draw out. It is hard to tell right now their effectiveness. I still have a few more days to go. Would probably buy again. Received product in a timely manner with no problems.
