Good unti for the price point. It's 'refurbished' but so far seems to be working fine. We bought this to replace a Windows 10 Dell we'd had for years as it wouldn't accept Windows 11 due to processor and other constraints. Boots up fast and works great for what we do around the house with a desktop PC.

Refurbished might get a bad rap, but this computer works fine. I set it up pretty easy. I am pleased with the purchase. It comes with battery powered keyboard and mouse. I personally prefer wires.

It has only been a few days since I got and set up my PC but it has worked very well so far. It is fast and suits my needs. The mouse and keyboard were a bit frustrating to use at first but that might be because I had plugged the dongles into the USB ports at the back of the machine. I moved them to the front now and so far the intermittent behavior has not reoccured. The only thing is that it would have been nice if they had included batteries for them. The keyboard I received takes one AAA battery and the mouse takes one AA battery. So it would also have been nice if, since the batteries weren't included, they took the same sized battery instead of sending me on a trek to find the appropriate one. Barring that, I have not had any issues with the PC

Bought to replace my Windows 10 HP desktop that couldn't be upgraded to Windows 11. Delivered on time in perfect condition. Only comment the wireless mouse works but the wireless keyboard was DOA out of the box. Asked for replacement but haven't received it yet. I'll update if they send it.

ALL the photos in the listing show the PC with a CD drive installed. IDK if it's just mine, but there is NO CD drive installed on my box. Going through the various write-ups and specs, they carefully never mention the fact that there is no CD drive, but why is it featured in every photo of the computer then? All else works fine, I just wish sellers would be either more careful or more honest, whichever applies here...

It's been a little while since we ordered this. We hooked it up. We needed a new monitor though cuz the screen TV screen thing we had was too big for the screen size. Other than that it's been a great computer. It's not its fault we didn't have the right screen LOL

In the description it says shall be 1tb NVMe M.2 SSD and 2tb hdd. SSD inside was SATA not NVMe. It contained windows as promised, so the wrong ssd was from factory. Seller is located in Canada, so it was delivered to US address from there was sent to Armenia. It took a while to get and react, but talking to amazon's support was very nice. I even suggested to pay the difference if they (the seller) send me nmve as described. They told me seller is informed about situation and will contact to me in 48 to 72 hours, that was about 10 days ago. Nothing from seller yet. Attached picture of sata ssd which was inside. 2 stars for tech support is for seller, Amazon's support works great. Overall rating is 3 - it works fine, can play some old games till 2017, but i needed that second sata slot for another HDD. System was supposed to be on nmve and 2 more hdd's 2.5" and 3,5" was planned to be installed, now I have to have externall HDD attached all the time.
