Easy to digest
Been using this particular iron supplement for a couple of years now. I found that it’s easy to digest and I haven’t had any issues with constipation. It includes vitamin C and the B vitamins as well so it seems to absorb well. As long as NaturesPlus doesn’t make any changes to it, I will continue to reorder.
