This red light therapy infrared belt is the BEST! I can actually sit up and work while it’s on my tummy. I can read, watch a movie, do some laundry etc and it’s not uncomfortable at all. It has three settings I can choose from. Adjustable Velcro to loosen and tighten at any time. It’s a great skin care regimen. The size is adjustable as well. Great sturdiness in the belt itself, and very compact. You can wrap it up and store anywhere !

Due to some recent back and spine problems, I've been waking up in the morning with intense back pain and limited mobility. Since I already am a big fan of the healing properties of red light, I decided to give this a try. This product has multiple settings for light intensity, time, and heat, and straps easily around my waist and has a handy pocket for a power source, so I can move around and not be stuck plugged into the wall outlet. Best of all, after about 20-25 minutes, my back feels great and I can move without pain. My husband uses this to wrap his shoulder for a torn muscle. Really great therapy tool!

I highly recommend this product. It has worked well for me and helped with healing injuries I sustain while being an older athlete. It's portable and easy to use and has multiple settings. However what is missing is any documentation from the manufacturer that the units have undergone any testing to verify that the unit is emitting the correct spectrum of light to induce healing. Also, the box does not include very detailed instructions or tell you what intensity of light is coming from each of the 4 settings available. I just trust that it is what it says and I defiantly has delivered positive results and has allowed me to overcome setbacks more quickly, whet4r it is a placebo effect or not I cannot say for certain but it really seems to work. Ive used one for about 18 months and am on my second unit. The electronics failed on the first one like many electronic gadgets, and chargers, the plug seemed to fail so I rewired it and used it for a few more months before it went haywire. At this price it's worth giving it a shot. even though I have gotten good results from the unit, I can't give it a 5 star review due to lack of documentation of its actual specifications based on laboratory results. as for the durability, that's what we get for the price. All this said I still recommend it.

Great red light therapy belt! Very comfortable, easy to use, and fits well. I use it on my back and waist and it really helps relieve tension and pain. The timer and remote control are very convenient. Highly recommended!

At first, The belt was great. I noticed my stomach less bloated and I even lost a few inches in my waist line however, after a month, the power cord stopped working. I was passed my return window so I contacted the seller and eventually got a replacement cord, but it took almost 3 weeks for me to receive it and now several (about 9) of the lightbulbs have gone out.

Gift for my dad who turned 92 - he watches A LOT of TV and saw something about a red light therapy belt "for your mother" and how beneficial it can be. Happy Birthday! He skeptically used it. Now he is swearing that it seems to be working on his aches and pains. Hoping that it is! Considering he uses it daily, and is a professional skeptic, I call that a total win and worth purchasing
