Easy to install and easy to setup. I didn't realize my son has setup the account and went to add the unit to the account I setup and it kept saying it wouldn't bind. I contacted customer service via whatsapp and I'm assuming once it was daytime there they responded and let me know what the issue was..she changed the email address and I was able to access the camera after topping off the data..the user manual is not good for troubleshooting but the girl who helped me was quick and fixed the issue right away. The downside was the QR code on the bix has me download a different app which gave me a customer service in South Africa the first time. Which took a week for them to tell me I needed the rep in China. Overall the camera is good quality and seems to work really well

The cam and the app work nicely so far. However, the external battery doesn’t take a charge! So the “parking” feature doesn’t work. I will contact the seller/ manufacturer. If the battery would work, I’d give 5 stars. One day later I have to change my rating to 1 star. Here the reason for it: I contacted customer “service” via WhatsApp. The response took about 2 hours. Like I am already used to, they assume that the fault is at the customer’s installation. Then they tried to tell me it’s not the battery but my expectations. No technical support what so ever. For now I connected the acc wire to constant 12 volts, to have some parking monitoring. I will shop for a suitable battery which I will connect to get the advertised features. If you don’t know how to work that problem out, stay away from Lncoon.

I had this professionally hardwired by a professional installer for $100. It works for one day but keeps freezing. After that it totally went offline and no longer working. The dash cam customer service send me some command to try but all failed to solved the problem. Returning but I cannot get my $100 back from the installer. After talking to customer service and working out the problem with them everything looks to be working as it should. Product highly recommended and customer service responses are super fast.

This is my 4th purchase of the dash cam / gps tracker and I will definitely be buying more for other vehicles. The hard wire installation is very easy and it has a backup battery also. The quality of the product and the information that it provides I think is great value for your money.

I purchased this item in March to replace my jimi jc200 edgecam pro. I have it installed on the vehicle but I can't get any information on my phone as the app is saying the device status is inactive. I sent an email to the manufactures over a month now and to date have not receive a response. The time for returning this item has expired. This is unacceptable as I have a dashcam on my vehicle but still unable to track or view anything.

Easy to install. Great video. The app is kinda buggy but its ok to use..cool dashcam it lets you watch in realtime and sends alerts if someone touches your car.

The device stopped working right outside of the one year warranty and is very slow when it was working. If my alarm goes off and I login to the camera it takes a few minutes when time is critical. Also you can't view it in the app without a subscription
