Love this pillow! I got my helix pierced and this pillow has been a life saver! It’s a good size for my ear, it has comfortable memory foam, and has held its shape in the month and a half that I’ve had it. I’ve washed the removable cover on it and it’s held up in the wash. I would definitely recommend this pillow to anyone who gets their ears pierced or has ear pain from sleeping.

Exactly what I was hoping for. This pillow works great. I just had my upper ear pierced, and it was recommended that I do not sleep on that ear for 8 weeks at least. I ordered this pillow, and it is perfect! The pillow is somewhat firm, so it doesn't collapse when you lay on it but soft enough that it is very comfortable. When I opened the package from delivery, there was the sweetest note included, which brighten my day. Totally recommend this product!

I’m still using this thing almost 3 years later. It helped me sleep while healing a conch piercing, and now I just use it sometimes because I got so used to sleeping on it that I find it comfortable.

It was soft and comfortable but the pillow was a bit too short and the side of my ear was touching the bed. If you're getting lobes I think it would be fine but not the top/side of ear piercing. My ear is pretty wide and fanned so other people might not say the same.

This was cheap and effective! I use it every night since I have some fresh piercings. Would not be able to sleep comfortably with my new piercings without it.

Didn’t work for me. I got an upper and lower helix piercing and it wasn’t big enough for my ear. Any movement at all caused it to hit my ring and it hurt. It’s also pretty firm which you would need so your ear doesn’t hit your pillow underneath but it caused my ear to swell from the pressure.

So at first I hated this, the first two days it was so hard and difficult and uncomfortable, I was ready to toss it. Butttt, after basically just having it on the bed for a few days and letting it fully settle into its shape it became amazing! It’s so easy to sleep with, it’s helping me sleep so much better, the hole is justttt big enough for my ear, I would prefer it be larger but it’s not a bad size at all. It’s not bulky either so I feel like I’ll be able to travel with it pretty easy.

I have nerve damage of some sort in my left ear, so any time I sleep on my left side, I wake up in excruciating ear pain. While this has taken some getting used to, I can now switch from sleeping on either side without fear of waking up in pain. All to say I love this thing. I haven’t needed to remove the washable cover yet. When I do, I plan to handle and wash it gently, but it seems like it will hold up well. Sometimes I’m a little lazy with swapping out my metal gauges or dangling earrings, and this pillow keeps me from pressing the sharp jewelry into my skin, prevents upsetting my occasionally swollen piercings. Decent support stacked on another shorter pillow, too thin to use on its own. Works well as intended!
