I’ve used this product for over six months and I got great test results back. I have health issues that affect my kidneys and it is important for me to help them function properly. My test results were all in the normal range. I highly recommend this product.

Having had painful kidney stones in the past. I was willing to give this product a try to see if it would help improve my kidney function. The gel caps are easy to swallow and don’t leave a bad taste in my mouth, which helps me get the recommended daily intake. I don’t know if they did help prevent kidney stones, but so far I haven’t experienced any.

My kidney numbers have been sliding in the wrong direction lately so I thought I would give this a try. I am hoping these help my my kidneys to heal and that I will see it in my numbers. Ill try and update this review after my next blood workup. These are very easy to swallow and are the perfect size. I also love that this supplement is made in the USA. There are a lot of ingredients, some of them I have heard do help the kidneys (stinging nettle and cranberry for example), but I am unsure about a number of them. But this looks like a well researched, quality product. And the fact that they give you 120 softgels in the bottle is a definite plus (a 2 month supply). I have not noticed any negative side effects from these. For the number of softgels I think they are priced fairly as well. The kidneys are so important so if these do help, I am all in.

I couldn’t believe all of the great kidney cleaning ingredients in this formula of Actif Kidney Mega Support. I love gathering herbs just as much as the next hippie but this is much more convenient. I have only one kidney due to donating the other so I have to keep up with cleansing it. I love that this is made into a gel capsule rather than dried herbs. The capsules are about mid size but smooth and they do not float which helps those who have trouble swallowing pills. See my photo on top of a penny to get an idea. This has nothing to do with my review of the actual product but a 2 month supply so very reasonably priced for the value of kidney health at the time of my order for $30.

This kidney supplement contains ingredients that seem to match my preferences, especially because I am primarily using it to support the health of my kidneys during a rigorous 12-week workout program, during which I will have a high intake of protein and supplements. Additionally, the size of the capsules and the recommended serving method are aspects I appreciate. Taking two easy-to-swallow pills per day and night. Another thing I like is that I have a three-month supply in a single bottle, so I don’t have to worry about restocking every month. In order to reach a final decision, I must thoroughly examine the contents of the bottle. So far, I am very pleased with the ingredients and confident that they will help me reach my goals.

It is very difficult to provide a science based review of this product. It has a large number of natural, herbal and fruit ingredients. Astragalus root powder, for example, has been used in traditional Chinese medicine for centuries to treat kidney disease. It is present at 50 mg/dose in this product. This is a rather small amount. Cranberry, another traditional extract for urinary health, is the largest ingredient at 200 mg/dose. Quality assurance is provided through GMP certification (stated by the manufacturer). Third party testing, added to this, would have been better. So, it has the better known and studied ingredients, in small quantities. The mixture may be considered a tonic.
