Great for the money, with perfect performance for what you need.
Worked great out of the box, with no configuration. Used a 1366x768 60hz screen from one of my old HP laptops, and it looks better than what it actually did on the laptop before.

Works great, but be careful!
I'm currently using this to control a laptop screen embedded in a virtual pinball cabinet, and it seems to be doing a fine job. However, since this is a bare board, everything about it feels very delicate. Connecting the cables was a little nerve-wracking due to their thinness and my giant fingers, but I eventually got it all connected and functioning. I've only been using it for a few weeks, so I can't speak to its durability, but it's doing well so far. Be patient during installation, and go in with a plan for how you'll mount it safely.

Works well with N140BGE EB3
Just got it set up as of this review and so far it appears to be working well. I paired it with an N140BGE EB3 panel from an old Lenovo. It came in a clean cardboard box roughly 3cm x10cm x15cm. The Main board and smaller board were hooked up out out of the box and in a smaller bag I found two 25cm ribbon cables that fit well on both ends. I am running it on a 12v 2a power adapter which seems to work just fine. The one thing that I would consider thinking about is where to attach the boards and how to enclose them (if necessary, I just left mine open).

works with more sceeens than the listed ones
no tools required, except two sided tape and a scissors, i digress, it's simple to install, simple to configure with the OSD, and simple to get audio from (3.5mm headphone jack) plus besides the listed screens, I've gotten success with others of the same resolution and pin connection, would recommend

Easy install. Some humming sound from headphone jack
In general it works out of box. It works with my LED screen. The board relays hdmi audio to a audio headphone jack. However, the audio output is for headphone, not for speakers. When the audio was fed to amplifier, noticeable humming sound came out of it even when volume is set to 0

Blank screen
Plugged in all the wires, 12v power supply, HDMI, and the control panel lights up, so does the screen (N156BGE-EA2), but it is blank. My laptop does not detect a 2nd display. Is there a setting or something to fix this? Am I supposed to use the buttons on the control board (aside from power)? I plugged it back into the original laptop & it still works. If I can get the display to work, I'll update the rating.

Audio doesn't work
The display is perfect easy to set up and everything, I wish the audio worked , I'm a little disappointed
