Worked great at first, and was so cute. After a little while of using, it stopped pushing the staples forward so I would have to pick it up and lean it forward in order for it to staple anything. I used the recommended staples. Tried returning or getting a replacement on amazon and was told I needed to contact the seller. Customer service thru the seller is awful

I used this when I was working the front desk at a busy medical office and it was working great for a few months but after a while it started jamming quite a lot but that could be from high usage. It holds a lot of staples and it looks cute!
