I started using exercise bands as I recovered from hernia surgery. I couldn't find enough items in my gym to loop and/or hook bands around that didn't fall over or projectile launch at me. These did the trick.2 come in the box with huge screws to mount into studs. I mounted both on walls, one high and one low. I can tell you that the wall will fall over before these pull out. Super high confidence in using any thickness of band with these. The only challenge is that a few bands have integrated handles (Perfect Bands, for example) that are quite large. I can pull the handle through the anchor, it's just a bit of a fight. These were larger than I thought, and I'm super happy with them.

This product has “comfort” listed. I would not suggest using it as an object for comfort. It is hardware.It also has an option for “stretch” to rate. I have given it a one star as it would not show if I chose none. This, again, is hardware. Which suggests it’s hard. It is. Is does not stretch and, if it did, I would not have purchased it. I am glad it is hard.Lastly, the option to rate “sturdiness” is five stars. We have a suspension trainer attached to it. My child uses the trainer as his indoor swing. The roof has not fallen in on us or him. This is good.This is a good product for holding up child and up to large adult weight. I cannot speak for anymore than that.

Mounted these to the stringers on my weight rack. I purchased new 3/8 lag screws that were 1.5 inches so it didn't go through the 2x10 stringer. Using for exercise bands.qork great so far. Very sturdy. Great size and look good. Mounted one high and one low.

These ceiling mounts worked perfectly for my yoga swing. First I will say that I'm no professional... first I snagged the manga float magnetic fish tank cleaner (a nice strong magnet) to locate the beams. Then I used a 5/16th drill bit for a pilot hole and socket to set the wood screws in our ceiling beams. Installation was super easy and went very quickly. The set comes with screws for wood beams (what we used) and for concrete installation (we did not use). They hold strong and did exactly what I needed them to do!

These are nice, heavy, large anchors. I've tried a few others and sent them back these I'll keep. The only issue I had was that I only got the lag bolts for one of the two anchors.

These work perfect, I used them for my ceiling pulley and resistant bands on the walls. Make sure you screw them into studs, wouldn’t trust it any other way. Great product!

I use these for my resistance band workout. They work great. It was easy to install and looks nice in my gym.

Bigger than I thought but definitely sturdy. Massive bolts to anchor it to the stud. I feel confident that it will hold up.
