Good price on replacement remote
This was a great replacement for my old remote which stoped working i entered the model numbers on the original controller and found the replacement two days later I have my system working great again WORKS GREAT SAME EVERYTHING EXACT REPLACEMENT

It works!
It works! The volume button only worked off and on with my old remote and the mute didn't work at all. I'm really pleased to have a working remote again! This is a replacement remote for our Sony Bluray player.

Basically the same as the OEM
While made of a different material, it appears to be identical to the original remote. The new material does feel a bit cheaper, is definitely lighter and likely brittle, but I'm not worried about it because I'm not rough on my remotes. The screen printing of the button functions is slightly askew and one or two don't say the exact thing, but I don't really look at the remote, I've had this blu-ray system for several years now and have memorized what I use on the remote. Really happy with finding a cheap replacement.

It works, usually, if you push hard enough on the buttons.
Bought this remote because apparently our original got knocked into the wastebasket the night before "trash day" and was lost forever. I also bought another (visually identical) remote from an online auction site, because it was less expensive, and I did not need the rushed shipping. Both remotes behave virtually identical to each other. That is, both will control my system, IF you mash hard enough on the buttons. Sometimes I have to push on the center of a button with my thumbnail, while waving the remote around in the general direction of the A/V system, until I see the unit respond. This allows me to continue to use my system, but it's in no way as good as the original remote.
