Definitely feeling the relief from joint pain after just one use. High recommended. With respect to mixing challenges, mix in a blender with yogurt, strawberries or your favorite fruit.

This is the best protein powder that I have used. I add a scoop full to my coffee every morning. It helps greatly with my joint pain and I can tell a difference when I have to go for very long without using it.

If you are looking for protein powder for building muscle Collagen is not the most efficient, for that you would be better to go for Whey protein. If you’re looking for something that is great for the skin (which is very important, its your largest organ in your body) then having a good Collagen supplement is key plus it does give you some extra protein in your diet. I like that this is nano hydrolyzed which should result in better absorption in your body Taste: Its okay at best, if you are expecting the great taste you get in some whey proteins that almost can taste like Milk shake this is not it. Mix ability: I use a blender cup which usually never has issues mixing and this is no exception, I find it is better at not producing as much air bubbles in the shake as I have had with other powders What benefits have I noticed? I think my skin has looked a little better since taking Collagen, I cant say its night and day but it is better and with me being in my mid 40’s hopefully it will slow down the aging of my skin as the years progress Other things to note Also includes Vitamin C + Fortified Amino Acids which is good if you are not getting enough via your regular diet

Taste horrible. We bought to fix smoothies for my daddy who was in hospice at the time. He couldn't drink the smoothies for the bad taste. We made ourselves smoothies adding this protein powder.... daddy was right it tasted vera, vera bad!

I wanted to give collagen protein a try for joint health (I typically take a supplement) so I decided to give this one a try when it because available. It doesn't mix well. Looking into other reviews of other brands, I saw people recommend letting it sit for awhile to let it fully dissolve, so I put it into the fridge for about half an hour and it dissolved completely. I added one scoop to about 10oz of water, and it is not opaque like I was anticipating, but turned a little yellowish. The taste is....not great. It tastes a little beefy, but with vanilla. Even with a scoop of my regular protein powder, it still had that after taste.

I absolutely love this collagen and the fact that you can get it in a full bottle or powder so you can take it by the shot before and after a workout. I also like the powder form and I add it in with my meal replacement protein shake. No side effects and I know it's a good product because my nails and hair are growing like crazy. Love this stuff! Hey and it's FDA approved so you know it's good!
