I take 5 everyday and I hate the taste, theyre so sickly sweet. I take 1 instead these days cuz they make nauseous. It feels like my teeth become stronger already. I have 2 cavities because I abuse my teeth with carbonated water and lemons so I am curious to see what these can do. I will update once I reach 2 months of use. Also I have them with raw milk (from a local farm) and 1-2 raw eggs in the raw milk. Raw milk itself helps strengthen teeth. Pasteurization causes the milk sugars to become cauterized and this is why people have lactose intolerance. Healthy grass fed cows equals good bacteria which we need. Pasteurization destroys all beneficial bacteria, all enzymes and vitamins, and at least half of the calcium. It destroys approximately 20% of the iodine that is naturally found in milk. Raw milk contains higher amounts of vitamin C - part of that vitamin is destroyed in the pasteurization process. Even worse, pasteurized milk makes part of the calcium it contains, insoluble. This makes you more likely to develop bad teeth, and problems with your nervous system. Update: Okay so I have devoured 3 bottles of it since late August 2021 I believe that's when I first started using it and it is March 2022 so I was not even too consistent with taking them. I have to say my cavities do not hurt anymore sooo this must be working and even though my grandma was a dentist I hate going to the dentist and I eat lots of lemons, lemonade and fizzy water. I think these are potent. These won't replace the dentist but they help a lot. Update: I had to stop taking them for awhile, not because they are bad, but because another supplement I took also contained calcium. I was taking two tablets of these daily. I got metastatic calcification from too much calcium and phosphate because a B6 supplement I took contained calcium phosphate and given these also have calcium, too much calcium for me, so I developed temporary painful nodules in clusters on both legs. They went away though and I threw away the B6 supplement and opted for plain B6 so I can keep taking these ones. Pay attention to other supplements you may take that contain calcium and adjust the dosage.

Love this , as I have a condition that causes loss in my enamel of my teeth. Helps immensely.
