(Pack of 4) Flying Butterfly Surprise

This was really cute. Used these for my girlfriends birthday - it frightened the hell out of her but makes for a good laugh in front of a table audience. They are designed well. TIP: You need to wind them more than 3-8 times - it’s not bad....put some tension on the mechanism or they will simply flop out. The more the better; just don’t break it.

Butterflies and did not fly. Paper is too thin

These things LAUNCH. Paper and not quite so sturdy as the plastic ones from Adams but sturdy enough for multiple uses. The paper came loose from the plastic and had to be reglued but that was a minor irritation that took a couple seconds to fix. They fly like mad. When looking at the front, turn the front wings counter-clockwise for the best launch. And have extra rubber bands because you'll break those before this wears out.

These are a big hit wherever I bring them. This version is very sturdy and everyone is surprised at the fluttering noise even if you warn them. We get points with grandkids! They made some adults smile when they opened a card.

Wound it up exactly per instructions and when my wife opened the card, nothing. The hook on one of the wings broke and it went nowhere.

Scares old ladys. Unpredictable flight direction. Would get more stars if was made to smaller scale.

A little awkward, don't really fly that well. If we work at it we can get them to fly sometimes.

You do have to wind the butterfly at least 40 times to get it to really fly, but terrific when it does work. I gave this as a gift, putting it in a card with a gift certificate, and she loved it.
