Works great. went from 1Mbps to 20Mbps. Aim antennas properly!!!! (see pic and last part of review)
So yeah I know 20Mbps isn't anything to jump for joy over but I was getting 1Mbps so I'm good with 20. I also have a unique situation. These speed tests are from a computer in my shop about 70' from the router. This antenna is 6" away from the antenna it replaced in the back of my computer, except it's mounted outside the shop instead of inside it. Also, if you don't know look it up but wifi antennas did not aim how I thought they did. After doing some research I learned wifi antennas actually broadcast at a downward angle if the antenna is pointing straight up. Originally when I aimed the antenas (the tip pointed towards the router) I was getting 2-4Mbps, it was better but still awful. After aiming the antennas with the tips almost opposite of the router the signal dramatically improved! If you your looking at the picture I posted of the antennas, my router is on the left side. It seems counterintuitive but I same a huge increase in speed. Now I'm wondering if some of these bad reviews are from improper aiming. For anyone wondering, the antenna base is magnetic, I ordered a pack of metal sticky back phone mounts, one of them was 4x3 inches. I just stuck that to the trim and now the base stays up there with no screws

Works great for connecting peripherals via blue tooth!
Works great, had a problem with my PS4 Rockband Controller not connecting via blue tooth unless I was literally inches away from my PC, this antenna completely fixed that issue, so I am now able to play Clone Hero from several feet away with no problems.

Get it!
Honestly, debated getting this but it worked great. Originally I thought my PC just couldn’t play Valorant or some games because I kept rubberbanding. I’d move the router or PC but I rent a bedroom and I can’t move either. I looked into getting a wifi plan just for me but it was too expensive. I tried this before biting the bullet and Tada! No more rubberbanding. I just screwed it in, angled the antennas, and logged into valorant. Stable ping and no more rubberbanding around. Also doubled my download and upload speed!

It's a good antenna.
I'm not sure how to review an antenna. It works. My BT controller has better range and I've had no dropped inputs that i can tell. I will say that the magnet is a bit weak, but i suppose that's only important if your computer desk has minimal steel/iron. I occasionally knock mine off, but i just stick it back on and I'm good to go. Very nice antenna, but would be better with stronger magnets

Five Stars all the Way
This thing works great.Set up is as simple as attach and it works.More than doubled my WiFi to my desktop.Using in a bedroom that has interference between wireless set up and my desktop. So worth the low cost for much improved performance.

Solved my weak signal problem
My desktop in the corner of the house in the basement, while the router is in the middle of the house. While I get coverage throughout the house, my desktop with its antenna near the outside wall of the house had weak signal and would occasionally lag in games (or even disconnect on rare occasions). Today before replacing my stock motherboard antennas with this one, I ran the following from cmd command line: netsh wlan show interfaces It showed signal strength of 72% After replacing with this antenna, I am seeing 99% (and faster transmit/receive speed by about 40%) Positioning of the moving parts is important, as depending on how I position them I can get worse signal then before, same, slightly better or the near perfect one. What works best for me is both of them straight up. The magnet felt kind of weak on a nearby metal item I had but feels very strong on my PC case. I would recommend based on my experience (and will update after I use it for longer if that changes).

works OK, but won't last forever.
works OK... for a time. it's nice to get clutter off the back of your case, especially if you're a peripheral junkie like i am. and the reception is pretty much the same, not noticably better or worse than traditional antennas. being able to move it around is nice for organization but you won't see better reception with an item like this, just in general. after not quite 2 years of use, though, and i was starting to get some really inconsistent wi-fi reception, and very choppy bluetooth audio. had to do quite a bit of troubleshooting to figure out this device was the culprit and changed back to my oem antennas which instantly fixed the issue. i guess these things don't really stand up to much disconnecting and reconnecting. it's not like i moved it much either- maybe once every couple of months i'd take all the cables off the back of the case to clean it out, so these definitely lack in durability and don't hold up well to being moved or unplugged a lot. like i said, it's just OK. don't expect any improvement in reception but if you're finding it hard to maneuver your cables on the back of your pc case it's a decent stop-gap fix- just don't expect it to last very long. it's dirt cheap, so you get what you pay for.
