TeraFlex JK Falcon Nexus EF 2.2 Stabilizer–1-5/8”

Bought this for my ‘22 Wrangler. Huge upgrade from the stock equipment. Love the quality and the adjustment for different driving conditions. Installation was easy and smooth. No regrets on this one.

I put this on my 2020 Jeep JLU Rubicon, it does fit the JL with the 1 5/8" tie rod. The reason I got this JK one is, it relocates the stabilizer up higher out of harms way; without having to buy the relocation kit separately which is another $100, and it actually fits and works perfect. Great stabilizer/dampener, no wobble like the OEM one had. Certainly better on the highway on the firm setting, along with better damping over-all.

Had a bad case of death wobble. Trashed the stock tie-rod and drag link. Had Rough Country dual stabilizer installed. Got rid of that garbage as well. The Falcon Nexus pairs perfect with Teraflex Tie-rod and drag link. Front end feels like a sports car. Installed Falcon 3.1 shocks at the same time. I run stabilizer in medium. Firm is just plain tight. Off-road Soft would be selected. The stabilizer is not a death wobble cure. Find out where your worn out parts are and replace them. Was obviously a return item. The tie rod clamp appears to have been removed and replaced so the O ring was budging out. Requires service tools to disassemble.

You can tell right when you take it out of the box the quality of this steering stabilizer. I replaced a relatively new OME stabilizer with this and it is a night and day difference. It has three firmness settings. The threaded end replaces your axle side trackbar bolt and keep in mind that the tie rod bracket on this particular one is 1 5/8”, which is too big for a stock tie rod. It fit perfectly around my Teraflex HD tie rod that I ordered in their steering kit (heavy duty tie rod and drag link replacement). Overall very easy to install. Would recommend!

The three settings are different enough that I feel like this is a worth while upgrade for your Jeep.

I had a similar fox stabilizer and changed some components and went with metal cloak but still the steering wasn't firm enough. This adjustable stabilizer did exactly what I was looking for!

Improved the overall steering & handling of the 2013 Jeep Wrangler JK Sport a lot! Update Jan 2024: Unfortunately the red Fast Adjuster knob (at the end of the steering stab) and its bold holding it in place are both missing after an offroad trip in the sand dunes. Have contacted TeraFlex and they are assisting me with a replacement spare part.
