The quality of this sign is amazing I wish it was bigger but nevertheless it’s still beautiful. The vibrant neon pink lights up her whole room and the clarity of her name it wasn’t glitching or blurry when I plugged it in. Also the fact that it came with multiple opens to hang it on the wall. We just used the chain and a thumb tack instead of the screw that were supplied I definitely will be buying another one for my younger kids rooms!

Great quality item! My girls (ages 8 and 11) received these personalized signs for their rooms as Christmas gifts and they love them. The colors are bright and the signs really add some pizazz to their rooms. Signs took a little longer than expected in terms of delivery (arrived after Christmas) but I'm thinking some of that was due to the holiday rush. Overall, a great quality product.

I finally received the item, almost 3 weeks later. It looks beautiful and done well but it doesn't work at all. The plug in Adapter lights up so I know this is working but the dimmer adapter doesn't light up or work, so this now makes the actual name light not work at all. I am so upset. I got it and opened it moments later and doesn't work at all. This seems like its a common issue, as the instructions on the item states 3 troubleshooting issues that could be and this is one of them. It also says contact the seller if this is a concern, but there is no info to contact the seller. Called amazon yesterday but they stated item not delivered yet because driver did not assign yet, couldn't do anything and never got the sellers information. The driver threw the package at my door like it was a bag of rocks. I dont know how to proceed because I spent a lot of money and the light doesn't work at all, not even a little doesnt turn on. I a assuming it is the dimmer because the little light isnt on, but it could be more then this too. The name plate itself is lovely and done well. It is the perfect size 14" for my daughter and the font is beautiful. Comes with chains to hang and all other components needed to hag along with step by step instructions. please have someone help, Possible the seller get in touch with me. I spent a lot of money and I cant use it because it never worked. Thank you

Not sure who’s making these signs, I think they’re in china maybe? But!! Let me tell you, from my experience, the product you receive in exchange for the price they charge, is a very very good deal. I’ve bought led products before that were super cheap feeling, poorly designed, and just crappy. But when I ordered the red “Xavier” sign for our soon to be son, I was so excited when it came in and I hung it on his wall, that I ordered another for my daughter and gave it to her today, on Christmas. I allowed plenty of time, for both orders, for manufacturing and delivery. And both times, they arrived literal weeks before they were supposed to be here. So that’s nice and refreshing! First order. 24” red “Xavier,” with the optional remote. Flawless. No issues. Installed some time this fall. (He was born mid October, hung this sign when I was building his nursery) Second order. 24” blue “Taylor,” in a more “girly” font for our 13 year old daughter. Same ease of install. Same excellent packaging. Same fast / early shipping. Same end result with a bright blue sign that she absolutely loves. She told us how much she liked her little brother’s sign once I got it hung in his nursery. So we knew we had to get her one of her own. And we are so glad we did. On the newest sign, I opted to NOT get the remote. Since their rooms are side by side, I didn’t want to run the risk of interference with one of the remotes possibly controlling the other light. So I can’t tell you if that would be a problem or not. Also, our daughter has a vanity below her sign, (where I knew I’d hang her sign) and it’s the perfect place to mount the hard-wired switch. Worked out beautifully. The first sign with the remote control, has a TON more settings / features / adjustability. Like, a ton. There’s probably 50+ dimmer setting levels on that one. On the new blue sign, with the standard hard wired in-line switch, you only have 4 settings. Off. Low. Medium. High. But for her, it’s just fine. And again, I wanted to avoid the risk of remote interference between the 2. Sorry for the long review, but when I was buying the first one earlier this year, I didn’t see any detailed reviews, especially ones that gave pros and cons on remote vs no remote. So here ya go! 10/10 highly recommend! (In the attached pictures, the blue sign is on medium, the red sign is almost as dim as it can get. Trust me, at full “volume,” they’re both PLENTY bright haha.

I actually bought three as gifts. They all look fantastic and bright. Great price. Everyone loved them.

Cute and nice quality with dimmable light settings. A bit smaller than expected, but overall a nice gift idea.
