I’ve been taking BodyHealth Multi Complete for a while, and I can feel the difference in my energy and overall well-being. The formula is comprehensive, covering essential vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, which makes it a great all-in-one supplement. Absolutely solid multi-vitamin. Very effective I can notice the difference daily as part of my vitamin routine. Full of good bioavailable vitamins.

This pill is so big I can hardly swallow it. I fear it’s a choking hazard, seriously. Cutting it in half is even difficult with sharp edges where it’s been cut. I won’t buy it again.

Got these for my dad has really improved his health

I am trying this for the first time because i am a supporter of the Bodyhealth amino acids. They have included on the label a number of claims, which has the list of what i think is the best formats for the Vitamins. However, the Minerals are mix are what i am going behind, given that chromium and vanadium is good for the dealing with cell responsiveness (and can help with sugar control) at the cellular level. They also put some Enzymes and the great milk Thistle, Dandelion root and some Lipoic acid to support the Liver. It just so well though of that you must somehow try it. Anyhow, I can always update when i give it a try.

Pill size on the large side however they have it all, don’t need to buy more supplements.

This product actually works! Taste is disgusting, but its worth it.

Husband and I been taking these for couple months already I only take one instead of four so far. The pill is so big. I might start upping the dosage slowly.
