A premium olive oil to delight the palate
Extremely smooth. No aftertaste. Multi-purpose though I do not use it to fry or cook on high heat. It's too delicate for frying.

LOVE THIS OIL!
This oil from Tunisia is one of my favorites--it is rich, but does not have that overpowering fruity taste, which to me is reminiscent of Benzene! I take a tablespoon of olive oil a day for the health benefits and use it for cooking, as well!
