I love the Blueberry Muffin flavor. This mixes easily in water. No chalky taste. Much better price than Vital Hustle or Shaklee shakes or Keto chow! I have tried a lot KOS is the best and Best price so far. The fact that I can get it on Amazon with free shipping is wonderful. Contain stevia and monk fruit instead of the “pink packed of fake sugar”. Curbs my appetite! I drinking for breakfast and I take one with me if I have to go grocery shopping. I am eating less and spending less $$ because I’m not buying as much Food. I was just eating too much.

Tastes and smells good, nutrient dense and clean ingredients. Less bloating since it’s not whey. Big plus for the added fruit and veggies, vitamin and minerals in the mix and NO SOY! Yes, it is a little grainy. But if you’re familiar with plant based protein, you’ll know that almost all of them are going to have a little grit. The grit from this comes from the ground chia seeds, flaxseeds and quinoa and not from the actual pea protein itself (you can see around the rim of the shake what I’m talking about). Honestly, I don’t mind it because it almost reminds me of the texture of what a crumble would have on top of a blueberry muffin. Even though there is some graininess, it still mixes well more than other plant proteins I’ve had. Just use a really good shaker bottle. If you still find it too grainy for your taste, the best way to help would be to blend it. One other downside is that although the overall taste is good, there’s a bit of a vitamin/mineral aftertaste that’s not my favorite. A few ways to fix this: Tip: Try mixing it with a plant milk instead of water. My photo shows one scoop of protein mixed with oat milk. It tastes better and gives it a creamier consistency. If you want to go the extra mile - I also tried it with oat milk, frozen blueberries, a touch of vanilla, ice and if you’re feeling up for it, a scoop of vanilla coconut milk ice cream. SO GOOD and takes away from the vitamin aftertaste.
