Great product
I used this to seal some leaky rivets on a jon boat I recently acquired. Using a cheap caulk gun and the provided tips, it worked very well. It can be a little temperature sensitive so make sure you apply in conditions above 60 degrees. I did some application at that temperature and really killed my hand trying to squeeze the caulk gun trigger. I finished the job a few days later in warmer weather and found the application to be so much easier. The only thing to be aware of is that the tube can be a little misleading in size. It's only about 1/2 full, but I was able to seal every rivet on the bottom of my 14 boat, half the rivets on the inside, and several of the seams. It is however a caramel colored product and won't dry clear, so it will stand out that you've used it. That being said, it was perfect for my needs.

Excellent
I had a slow leak on an all welded Tracker boat along the keel line. I bought this and put a bead along the entire keel and then smoothed it with my finger. Leak gone! Easy to use and the pre-mix tube tip works great. Per a previous review I saw, when you first start squeezing it out, wait until the color changes from white to a milky orange before using it. Great stuff!

Easy to Use
I can't speak to the durability of this product over time, since I just applied it. What I will say is it is very convenient and pretty easy to apply. I used this to replace the calk along the inner keel in the front of my aluminum boat. The self mixing tip was awesome. The directions on the packaging say the first 4 inches of product are considered waste. I would actually say it was more like the first 12 inches. The product will be tan in color when mixed, and after the first 4 inches it was briefly tan but then another foot or so of just the milky white portion before it went solid tan for the rest of the application. I'll have to figure out how to remove that section and redo it. Also, even with the tube at about 68 degrees, it was pretty dang hard to squeeze out with a regular calk gun. Finding one with better leverage would be ideal. We'll see how this works over time once I hit the water!

Resin side of tube was half empty
The resin was half empty in the tube, had to waste half of the hardener trying to get it to flow. Once flowing, put the tip on and applied. It didn’t mix correctly, did not harden and was difficult to remove.

Sealed up leaky aluminum boat
Worked well. I used it to seal a leaky riveted seam where the bottom of my aluminum boat meets the transom. Followed the instructions regarding surface prep, no problem squeezing it out with a standard cheapie caulking gun. Came out thin enough for me to force it into and through the seam with some compressed air, then gave it a thicker bead inside and out, then had plenty of time to smooth it. Took paint well. The following week, took it out to the lake, it sat in the water for 6 days with an hour or so of driving around each day, and no leaks at all. Very satisfied.

Works as advertised
Had a small to moderate leak along the keep seem on my 16 foot riveted aluminum boat. Researched the Total Boat seam sealer as the best and most practical repair. Excellent epoxy working time allowed me to use a putty knife to smooth out the bead and press it in to the seam. Cures a milky amber color, but can be painted over. Retains a small amout of flexibility after cure to allow the hull to flex as it normally would. After two long days on the water, the seam seal held and allowed zero water in. My drain plug was dry on the inside after 7+ hours on the water, where I would normally have several gallons in the sump. One recommendation. Get a powered or heavy duty applicator. The epoxy mixing heads and the viscosity of the epoxy made it hard on the hands.

Very difficult to dispense
2 issues: 1. this is extremely difficult to dispense. I had to use a speed clamp on my calk gun handle to get it to come out. 2. I laid down about 4 feet of this stuff and then noticed it changed color. This means it wasn't mixing the 2 parts together so all I got was 1 part of the epoxy which I now have to clean off so I can apply both parts and get a proper seal. I followed the instructions and considered the first 6 inches or so as waste since the two parts hadn't mixed and I assumed I was good to go. It's a great idea but doesn't seem to have worked well for me. That said, it seems like a quality epoxy so once I get it on the boat correctly I'm sure it will stop my leaks. I'll edit my review after a few days on the water.

Absolute Garbage. Mixer tubes don't thread on properly. Decided to mix product by hand and it never set up. 2 part epoxy my axx. Total waste of $110.00. Never buy this crap.
