I bought this harness (size small) in October 2013 when my sheltie was 9 pounds. This harness allows you to adjust as your dog gets bigger. My pup is now 18 pounds and the harness still fits great, with plenty more room for growth.To put the harness on you pull the fabric covered straps to the sides and put the circle formed by the upper straps over the dogs head. Then you put the bottom strap under each dogs front leg one at a time. Lastly you adjust the draw string on the dog's back to the appropriate length.The mesh part of the harness is stretchy and sits on the chest. The straps connected to it going over the shoulders are adjustable. The straps going under the front legs are covered in a soft material to prevent chaffing/injury when worn, but these are not adjustable. The harness then can be tightened/loosened on the dog's upper back via an adjustable draw string. An O ring at the end allows you to connect the leash to it.My pup runs full speed comfortably with the harness on. It allows comfortable and easy movement. The material covering the straps that go under her front legs is soft and durable. She has never gotten out of the harness orNOTE: I DID NOT buy this harness to stop pulling. My pup is very calm and never pulls. I bought this because I wanted a comfortable and strong fitting harness to use instead of attaching the leash to the collar.NEGATIVES:I love this product, as it works perfectly and comfortably on my pup. But here are some possible drawbacks for other users. The material covering the under arm straps is hard to clean. My sheltie has semi-long hair that gets stuck to the straps and is difficult to take off.Another possible drawback is that the part of the harness that goes over the dog's head is slim. My sheltie has a long narrow face so I have no problem, but a dog with a bigger, rounder head may have trouble getting it on.Overall I would recommend this harness. It is comfortable and doesn't choke my pup's throat or sit too tight anywhere on her body. It allows her to run and move freely and comfortably. It fits nicely and is not easy to slip out of.

I owned 2 of these amazing harnesses for over 2 years now. I use them daily on my 65 pound black Labrador and my 42 pound German Shepherd / Whippet mix (yes, she's a goofy looking dog) and the medium fits both of them perfectly. This is super simple to put on and take off. I like that it is adjustable in 2 separate areas. The part that goes from the top of the neck to the front of the chest is adjustable for each side. Than once it is on you can adjust it o the top to tighten a bit so it makes it easy to get on and off. My dogs go to work with me so each day we put it on for their first walk and then it is left on until later in the day for their second one. It takes about 20-30 seconds to put on and maybe 15 to take off.These harnesses are very well made. Like I said I got them both 2 years ago and the pictures I'm attaching were taken yesterday so they are holding up quite well. I haven't had any sort of loosening, tearing or breaking. Every blue moon I bring them home and toss into the laundry in a laundry bag and they wash perfectly in the washer. I like the fabric part that goes from the under side of the body to the top of the back/neck because it gives my gals a little bit of padding so nothing is digging into them.They work great if your dog(s) pull on their leash, which unfortunately both of my nutters do. Neither one does if we go on a walk with just one dog and me, but both together and it is chaos but with the harness they just don't even bother. I don't understand a dog's reasoning on this but it is fine because this is a good harness and if it helps them not to snap their necks than I'm happy. I give this 5 stars and wouldn't hesitate to get another once I find another dog that has to come home with me.

This looks to be well made and we love the color. It's adjustable so it fits just right. It comes with a chrome ring on the lead so it makes it easy to secure my dog

My dog is a puller. At 80lbs she can really get going. But this harness worked great. She seemed comfortable walking in it. It was easy to put on. Easy to adjust all the pieces. The piece that secures the harness width broke just after two months of use. However, it works so great that I’m just going to buy a new one and hope it was just a defect in the one I received.

When I first saw this harness, I was skeptical because of its minimalist, lightweight look, however, this is the best no-pull harness I’ve ever used. I have a 60 pound, barrel-chested dog who notoriously pulls when he gets excited. Most harnesses just turn him into a sled dog and make him pull harder, but this harness is fantastic at correcting him, without being painful. Nothing is perfect, so he still pulls on it sometimes, but I’ve been using it for 3 months and it has definitely made our walks 100x easier. (Size Medium fit him perfectly.)

I have had dogs all my life, and honestly, this is the BEST harness I have ever had! Our dog is a rescue, and extremely stressed when putting on a harness, she must have been through some severe trauma, because the "click" sound when snapping in the buckle on most harnesses would have her shaking, crying and very scared. That is why this one is a god sent for me! Easy on, easy off, not a peep from her! She no longer hides when we bring out this harness, she gets excited! I never usually write reviews, but I am just so happy with this product! And the price was very reasonable, I won't be using any other harness ever, thank you ;)

This is the third one that I have bought . They are perfect for my cavaliers. Light and strong and comfortable yet effective. When the dog pulls they tighten around the body rather than the neck and the pressure stops when the dog stops pulling. I am still using the ones I bought years ago. Only bought a new one so the dog boarder had a clean one. The only downside is that they are quite expensive, they come from America so probably the tax makes them dear, but they last indefinitely. Don’t know how they would perform on a big strong dog, but they are perfect on my spaniels.

Ya había comprado uno von anterioridad y me gustó mucho, es bastante cómodo y práctico y sobre todo es usable sobre otro tipo de prendas, cuando hace frío se lo.piedes poner sobre el suéter sin hacer mas espacio y no esrtorba para nada el uso ni la ropa tampoco me gusta bastante.

My 35kg amstaff mix is an insanely strong puller. i have tried what feels like every harness/collar out there (regular collar, regular back clipping harness, front clipping harness, rope and chain slip collars etc) and literally nothing would deter his pulling. i put this harness on him and instantly he’s just trotting beside me no pulling at all. and when he tries he’s instantly stopped. 100% recommend!!
