This product works great for drying out before a bodybuilding show.

Make sure you drink lots of water while taking! I only use occassionally, am not a body builder; just a woman in need of a little help sometimes! (I live at the beach). Still feel hydrated when taking but O boy do I pee a lot!!! Great product for water retention.

If your looking to cut water weight and and dry out a bit this is what you want to take, just be careful if you work outside because you gonna be soaked
