Really amazing product with an excellent job completion rate, I don't need to worry about water wastage and running the pump over the time barrier This is also at a very competitive price range. I would like to thank the seller for this product. Must have for all over head tank installation.

The product working as expected. Installation is quite easy and i did it on my own, just followed the circuit diagram provided with the product. Gave 4 stars as one of the screws on the product for the sensor came defective (no thread). Somehow managed to fix the wire losely. Hope it wont come out easily. Also, The holes provided for fixing the product on wall was too close to the body of the product, making it bit tricky for screwing/unscrewing. Update After using this product for so long, I never went for another brand. It was more than a good service. I have ordered more than 3 nos of the same item. Then I shifted to another location, and ordered the same item for my new residence. Unfortunately the piece I got had some issue unlike my previous experience. The piece I ordered recently wont switch off after the tank gets full, resulting in overflow. I checked the sensor and all other connections and they are fine. I am disappointed with this piece. Still hoping that it will be as good as the other pieces I already bought. In case the same issue prevails with this piece, I may switch to another brand. Fingers crossed. Final Update After receiving my 6th order of the product, it still had the same issue. Since i had a very good experience with all the previous orders of the same item, i didn't lose hope. So i called the customer care number provided. But the customer care wont receive the call, neither would even bother to call back. So this ends my business with this item. Would have given negative star for the customer care service, but there are no options for it.
