The Dr. Ortho Knee Cap / Knee Support / Knee Guard works really well for providing stability and comfort during regular use. The material feels durable and offers good compression that helps reduce strain on the knee. I noticed a clear improvement in support while walking and exercising. The only downside is that it feels a little tight, especially during longer wear. It still does the job, but you may want to consider sizing up if you prefer a more relaxed fit. Overall, a solid and reliable knee support.
