Is this low fodmap food?

Yes this is Low FODMAP. However pls note that the only ingredient we use that can be considered high FODMAP is beetroot however we use only a pinch of it for natural colour which is acceptable for Low FODMAP diets.

If this product is unflavored & unsweetened how does it contain 0.29 grams of sugar per serving? Please explain.

This is naturally occurring sugars and NOT added sugar. Most common natural foods we eat on a daily basis contain natural sugars in them.
