This is exactly what I needed for my daughter's small party. Every was very cute. And came with a lot of accessories.

The banner is paper, was folded and crumbled at the edges. Hats are difficult to assemble without ripping. Odd number of favors.

Very disappointed!!!!! I especially bought this one because in the descriptions it said that it included table cover, I purchased 4 packages and none of them came with table covers. Now I’m returning them.
