Love this supplement for managing mood for fibromyalgia.

The SAMe works. I took it for more than 10 days to be sure. My joints feel fine where other brands made them ache.

I use these for my dog, per vet recommendation, to lower his liver values. I tried another brand previously and these work better at a lower cost. I just wish that there was a higher dose per capsule.
