I have noticed that it can reduce your weight to some extent but it can also affect your mental feelings. You can become more aggressive or depressed. Afterwards I studied the properties of wormwood in more detail and came to the personal opinion that it is, to some extent, a poisonous plant. I just want to warn some people who might find this useful.
