STIGA Indoor Table Cover

We bought this for a ping pong table in February and is already has 2 rips in it. Very thin material. Thought it would be better for the price. Extra care must be taken to remove and cover each time.

Follow-up review: It is nice to see that Stiga has relabeled it as an indoor table cover. However, we have had moderate success using it outdoors. This is what we have done:During the hottest parts of summer we use a much thicker (and more expensive) cover that can only be used when the table is folded. During the times when we will be using it most often we use the Stiga cover; it is so much easier to get on and off then the more expensive one.As I said in my previous review, you need to be very careful when putting this cover on and taking it off. If you do and keep it off during the couple of months when it is REALLY hot or live in a place where it doesn't get that way, you should be able to get at least a year from the Stiga cover. At the price and ease of use, that is a good buy and I would stick with my 4 star rating. I do understand the lower ratings some reviewers give it. So make sure you understand the cover's limitations before buying it.After reading the reviews, I have to say that my expectations were very low. Now that we have been using it for several weeks, taking it off and on, we have not seen any indications of rips or tears. Yes, we are very careful in placing it on the table; perhaps that is a good thing. Considering the price, if it lasts a year or more, I would consider this a definite buy. I will report back again after some time has passed.

I use this on a high end indoor table that remains out and unfolded to protect it from dust, scuffs, and sun through the windows. It stretches somewhat snugly over an open table and upon the first use the corners of the table poked through the very thin and unreinforced material. This is a very poorly made cover. I will continue to use it for as long as it holds up and until i purchase a better cover but I am disappointed. The thought of using this on an outdoor table is laughable given how thin and cheap it is.

A little flimsy. My 7 year old poked a hole in it the first time we used it. Nothing packaging tape wouldn't fix but all the same....

We use this indoor cover on our outdoor table and have to replace it every year (of course). But it does the job.

Covers our indoor table that is outside. It easily covers the table and it's not difficult to put on. We can put it on even without taking the net down. It is definitely helping in keeping the table from warping from the dew and rain.

I bought this to replace a Kettler cover that had weathered and needed to be replaced. While this cover was significantly less expensive, it won't stay on my outdoor table when folded up. It seems like it is best suited for a table that is folded down in playing position. I will likely buy another Kettler.

It is very good to cover most of the table tennis tables, When the table is open this cover is perfect, bue when it is folded, the cover does not fit the sides.

Fits the standard table perfectly. This is not a high-quality table cover, it will rip very easily. I was aware of this before, but I did not wand to spend much on a cover that I have never actually seen.
