Great sauna suits—well made, effective, and they look good too. One tip: don’t rely only on the size chart. I read reviews before ordering and found someone my height who recommended sizing down. For reference, I’m 6'6", 260 lbs and ordered a 2XL (size chart suggested 4XL). My wife is 5'5", 150 lbs (38D) and a Large fit her perfectly (chart suggested XL). The fit was spot on, and you’ll definitely get a serious sweat wearing these. Very happy with the purchase—just recommend checking reviews and sizing down.

Love the sporty design and thermal reaction to my body. Haven’t used it full swing yet but the reviews where excellent in regards to sweating. I wanted to post this mainly for the people that have questions to size. I would also go one size bigger. I am 230 male 5’11 and. 3x fitted perfect.

I am 6'2" and 215lbs. I have been trying to lose a few extra pounds and figured I'd get a Sauna suit to help. I had to go XXXL for sizing and it fits great for me. This thing WORKS. Even just on short walks I can feel it working. Short 2-3 mile runs and I am completely drenched. Very easy to clean, I throw it in the washer (inside out) and then hang dry to prevent shrinking. I have gotten many uses out of it and will continue to use it.

Definitely works ! Not much activity needed to create interest sweating. It was a bit smaller than I expected but all fat people have that issue! Good buy !

For the overall value that I paid on Prime Deal Days I would say that the price of the item was a steal. I have a another version of this sauna suit from the same company Hot Suit which I really enjoy, and wanted another one to switch up the color and have an alternative. I love that this version has a full front Zipper because it’s easier to put the top on than on the other quarter zip version that I have. My only grievance with these was that the pants don’t have pockets. I didn’t read anywhere in the description (and perhaps I overlooked that) there were no pockets on the pants which is pretty impractical. The material definitely gets a great sweat going and with sweat enhancers like Sweet Sweat it’s even more effective. The suit is also pretty to wash by hand or in the washing machine. Although i would not recommend putting it in the washer; if you do put it on the gentlest setting and then hang the item to dry them. I usually wear a large in most clothing but for this I would recommend going a size up from your usual otherwise getting in and out of the suit may be a bit awkward for you. Definitely happy with my purchase
