Scholastic Success with Reading Comprehension Grade 2 Workbook

Bought this for my son to use over the summer break. Great for parents who don't have the time to create work sheets but still want to ensure their child have additional materials to practice with. These comprehensions are level appropriate and are great practice for my child who'll be heading to 2nd grade soon

Wow! I looked through the workbook and it is amazing. It’s written so the the child can be entertained while learning. I love it. I am looking forward to using it with my child.

These are fun, quick, grade level appropriate workbook pages. They can be torn out or kept in the book. They are great for supplementing and buttressing what your kid is learning in class. I tried another one from something called modern press or something but in my opinion that featured words on every page that were above my child's reading level .

Book is great. Pages are 2 sided so many reading lessions. The book is perforated which is great. Comprehension is spot on for 2nd grade. Reading sections are an accurate size. My daughter likes reading the stories and doing the activity that goes along.

It has been difficult to find suitable study materials for my child at home, but this one seems to be the most reasonable and easy to understand. It's perfect for doing one or two pages a day.

Thank goodness for workbooks! This book is worth the money for reinforcing many reading skills. The color illustrations are appealing to the eye which draws attention to the page. There are a variety of skills introduced in a variety of ways. This approach encourages critical thinking. I give this one an A+

This book was bought to give my 8yo grandson some academic activities over the summer. He enjoyed this book and a couple of others that required him to be interactive.

An excellent extension resource for our second grader. The comprehension exercises are fun and engaging and has helped him with his reading comprehension.

Different types of reading comprehension questions. Challenges reading skills. Clear instructions. Appropriate age level. Recommended.
