I like the product but some annoying bugs
The product is a good idea and it’s good but sometimes there are weird bugs and the board doesn’t let you move. I just lost a game because I spent 2 minutes trying to move a bishop and the board wouldn’t let me. I had to put back a bunch of pieces on the board and redo the whole sequence again, but the board don’t tell you exactly what to do and you have to guess how to “reset” it on the go while playing which took me a whole 2 minutes and lost the game on time. Please fix these bugs where the board doesn’t let you move…

The app is unreliable
The app is NOT user friendly and takes way too long to pair games online. The AI levels were too different with one blundering their pieces and the next level playing really well.

Great idea but not ready for prime time
I was excited to get the board and have a physical board when playing online. The board appears to be well-made and easy to install. Unfortunately it fails at the most important point: usability. Multiple times it fails to register your move and update the position. Moving pieces to previous position sometimes helps but not always. Effectively you need to have a digital screen next to it and keep checking position which defeats the purpose. Currently it feels like a prototype rather than finished product so can't recommend it and have returned mine.
