I don't need it all the time but when I do, it helps me fall asleep because of how comfty it is. It's bigger than I thought (I'm 4'8"). It probaby is too big for a twin (if that's what you sleep in) but with a queen (what I sleep in) it's perfect. It has helped me with my pregnancy back issues when I sleep. The quality is 10/10. It hasn't flatten on me yet and I've had it for a while.

This pillow I’m gonna give 10 stars it’s a life saver. I haven’t been able to sleep in a long time. It’s so comfy it supports your whole body. I’m tempted to use this after I go into labor. This is not a waste of money at all it’s worth it. The color is beautiful. It’s so nice and thick and soft.

At 25 weeks pregnant I was having a rough time sleeping, I have hip, back, and sciatica pains so it was becoming harder to get a good night's rest. I purchased this pillow hoping to get some relief and I'm so mad that I didn't purchase it sooner! It was an adjustment the first night because of it completely surrounding you, but I immediately felt the support, felt more comfortable and it seems to get better each night. I'm finally waking up without having terrible pains simply trying to flip over or get out of bed which is so nice, plus the pillowcase is so nice and soft. If you're considering buying one of these I suggest giving it a try, just know your husband and pets will probably try to steal it at night.

Supper comfy and fluffs back up if you shove it in the dryer. I would give it 5 stars but the pillow fabric tore easily when removing the cover to wash. If the pillow fabric was a bit sturdier this would be 5 stars for me. That being said buy this, I sleep with this pillow in a bunch of different configuration almost every night. I'm 5'8" and wouldn't recommend it for someone taller than myself, pushing it 5'9". Note: I brought this pillow for back and leg support not for a pregnancy. So my review may not help someone pregnant.

I would give it more stars if I could. I just found out abt these pillows two wks ago on another site that I don't really trust so I came to Amazon and they had them also. I'm not pregnant BUT I suffer w some of the same problems. I have a hernia that makes it hard for me to turn on, I have a bad back and I have edema from an autoimmune condition so I'm pregnant permanently, lol. I placed my order and it came quickly. The box was heavy and I pulled out this huge thing that had to plump up for two days. Then I struggled to put the cover on afterwards, which you can leave off but I didn't want the pillow to get dirty. Then I mashed and fluffed it bcuz it's sooo big n my bed and I had to figure out how to climb up n it, ugh. Honeychile, it's Worth It!! I fell into that body pillow and passed out. Best sleep I'd had n a long time. It's soft, comfortable and U can fold and position it to B just right. So glad I happened upon this find. I may need to get another just n case this one gets flat. But they say u can put it n the dryer and re-fluff it

I'm not pregnant, I just wanted a large body pillow and boy does this hit the nail on the head. It's contoured, fills nicely in the dryer, the case is comfy. It's sturdy enough to stand up to me flipping about. Very supportive and nice and large, and I'm 5'10.

Nice and comfortable product. Usefull for those who are having back pain and uncomfortable sleppless situstions during pregnancy.

I have a love hate relationship with this pillow. On one hand it helps when I had shoulder aches, on the other hand it gets so hot when I lie on it. It sucks as a nursing support as well and now I just have a giant U pillow I don't know what to do with.

Since I started using this pregnancy pillow, my sleep has improved so much. I am not pregnant but it helps me stay in a better position at night which has made my sleep apnea easier to manage. My back pain is gone and the pillow is incredibly comfortable and supportive. I also really appreciate that the cover unzips and can be washed easily (such a practical detail!). Highly recommend it.

I bought this pillow to ease some aches from a hard mattress, and I am super impressed with it. It is both supportive and squishy enough, has a quality zipper, and I washed the cover right away and it came out perfect. I can't vouch for what it would be like as a pregnancy pillow but it is comfy for me for both sleeping and reading.
