Perfect
The Medium size is more than enough, its fits 2 sets of clothing, towel, shoes, shower bag and even 2 suppliments. Therr are even 2 bottle holders. However, The large protien packs will take around 40% of the space.

This bag is good but not reliable
It's very bad quality it's getting tears from one side and thread came out...I thought have got good deal buy it's waste of money on this bag really dispointed with the products materials...

Uso questo borsone Under Armour sia per la palestra che per brevi spostamenti e devo dire che è davvero ben fatto. I materiali sono robusti, le cuciture solide e le zip scorrono perfettamente. Ha tantissimo spazio interno e diverse tasche ben organizzate, utilissime per scarpe, asciugamani e oggetti personali. Il fondo rinforzato è un plus, perché lo rende stabile anche quando è pieno. Inoltre, è molto leggero e facile da pulire. Il design è sportivo ma elegante, come ci si aspetta da Under Armour. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo — consigliatissimo a chi cerca un borsone versatile, resistente e con un tocco professionale.

I have used multiple bags which torn apart really quickly even with mentioned weight. This one stands out. Quality is good and it is practical with enogh compartments to keep your gear and clothes.
