Got very good daikin AC.

Daikin mean pure air conditioning. No faltu taam jham.
Got delivered my ac in 2 working days. It got installed in the very next day by Daikin authorized service partner. Paid the Rs 1415 for the service charge. Power cable and stand arranged on my own. This is my 2nd Daikin ac. It's a 120 sq feet room. Gets chilled within few minutes. Hardly any noise. No need for any stabilizer. Since it's a 5 star power consumption is very less. This review after 1 week usage. Will update , again after 6 month.

guarantee paper, power cable, or user manual not received
The Daikin AC is working very well. I got it installed by my own staff, who are good technicians. However, I did not receive the guarantee paper, power cable, or user manual. I contacted Amazon customer care, and they told me there’s no problem — the warranty is valid with the bill. If there is any issue, I just need to show the bill. The user manual was not received. Otherwise, the AC is very good, cools well, and is very silent.

Do not trust the technicians' word, take proof for everything.
EDIT- You will not get Daikin summer offer (june- october 2025) of 5 years extended comprehensive warranty for AC purchased from Amazon. I confirmed this from Daikin customer care. This effectively reduces value of Daikin AC purchase from Amazon. I'll update once amazon customer care gives any explanation on this. EDIT2- Amazon support confirmed Daikin only gives 1-year comprehensive warranty for amazon invoices and justified that they only list 1-year comprehensive warranty against other platforms with Daikin 5-year comprehensive warranty. i suggest you google Daikin summer offer, read all about it and then decide to purchase on which platform. Careful of the local technicians, in my case i was naive and they overcharged me for everything, even above the rates mentioned in Daikin website. I must say Daikin's customer care is outdated and we customers are at great disadvantage. They don't have a chat functionality in their website to contact live customer care which other brands have, also their email correspondence rate is slow, on average taking one and a half day to reply and even when they do they fail to address the issue, fails to resolve the issue, also fails to follow up the case. I tried their telephone care number which is chargeable at 2.5p per second and was unsuccessful at reaching a human support. There seems to be no escalation matrix or grievances redressal mechanism set in place either. Don't unbox the product by yourself as these products are now under warranty replacement policy by brands (Not Amazon), only brand technicians are authorized to unbox the product. You can capture the unboxing video while the technicians unbox the product for further safety. Once again beware of the technicians, in my case/region the managers/supervisors have given to much freedom to the ground technicians, and they are really confident to lie, overcharge or break company protocols. The first technician installed AC in easily accessible spot for him which overheated the outdoor unit resulting in huge compressor loads, the first one was also in such a rush he forgot to install the anti-bacterial filter to be discarded as waste. The second one who came to troubleshoot the issue didn't even have a thermometer with him and asked us to provide him with one. There is no use paying premium for Japanese engineering if the technicians are so bad and the company has failed to oversee them activities. There are other companies who still employ their own technicians whereas Daikin has outsourced service in my area to a 3rd party distributor of ACs who in turn hires technicians on day-to-day contract basis. So, like i said in effect the company has no direct control or role over the ground technicians. Now coming to the product quality, it's Japanese engineering and couldn't find any major issues. One advice I'm giving on my experience is to go for 3-star model or 4-star model. The sideways swing is not strong as the vertical swing so you will need to use a fan if sitting at a corner from AC. I cannot justify the premium i paid for the 5-star version after experiencing the horrible support i received both from technicians and the company. You may think the premium 5-star product might push the technicians/company to at least do their work responsibly, but nope i was completely wrong about that assumption.

Few installation kit, warranty card & user manual missing
Very recently purchased this product & duly installed at place. It's working fine except little bit noisy outdoor unit at first experience basis. Once delivered installers visited after 4 days and they only unboxed the package in front of us. Though mentioned on boxes below items missed from seller/producer side, so producer/seller/amazon should address to resolve and adjust in refund: 1. Warranty card 2. User manual 3. 4 core connection wire/cable 4. Waste water Pipeline 5. Other installation/fittings accessories I appreciate the work completed by young installers Anurag & Akhilesh from Amazon Air side.
