with a pre-assembled gantry and overall build that hardly requires any adjustment as well as a perfect entry price, if you are thinking about a beginner printer this is the one.

First of all some of the fasteners were unfastened. I had to go through all the nuts and bolts and double-check if they are fastened and had no play. Then I noticed the belts are not really tensioned to a sensible force. So I had to do that correction too. I would expect it to be "plug and play", according how the assembly was described in the manual. But the biggest failure was the weird unexplainable error that happened during printing. The printer stopped mid-way through the print and said "job done". Then sometimes something happened with the filament and the printer did not print anymore. In on week I was able to print one part. Finally when I got really fed-up with it I fixed it with a hammer and threw it where it belongs....IN THE THRASH.

I received it with one missing part and the seller did not have possibility to send me spare part nor to issue partial refund. I assembled the printer and the part was relatively small but it cost around 100 AED ($25) as a part of set of parts so i did not want to disassemble it for return. Decided to buy the part myself and just neutral rating on the product. Just be aware that this can happen and maybe verify all parts are in the box before starting assembly so you can return it in case there is something missing. For the quality of printer i cant say anything yet because i am still waiting for the missing part. There ware some bolts that were not put in the correct place so i had to reassemble them but overall i am happy with it. Issues are not coming from the product or creality but from the resellers who don't have spare parts. On the other hand they were going to accept the return but i choose not to return it because i was too lazy to disassemble and pack it

Very easy to setup. Good instructions overally but then no great experience to make it print. The sensor of Y axis was missing so i had to invent a way to make the wheel hit it when self balancing its self and also wobly bed area. You adjust the height on one side it imbalances on the other. The printer printing out of the area of the bed… Very bad experience although I had read good reviews.

I bought this filament dryer box on Dec 2021, and now less than 6 months the filament dryer box is not working anymore.

Best 3d printer in this price segment and easy to maintain. Pros: 1. Compact and can accommodate on any desk. 2. Best Print quality(need to know basics first). 3. Build quality and Quality of materials used. 4. Best upgrades from ender 3 pro. Cons: 1. User manual is not up to the mark to assemble the printer. 2. Z axis rod is slightly bent towards the top but can be fixed by some 3d printed accessories. 3. Bed leveling is bit painful evey time but will be used to it after few days of use. 4. Glass bed has sticking issue better use glue stick before the print for better results. Will update after few prints. Overall it's a good product with few minor issues that can be fixed while learning about it.

the customer service is horrible!, I paid a professional to help set it up since it never worked. The professional said it is a junk product
