Sturdy and Adjustable Sewer Hose Storage Solution!
The Valterra Products Inc A04-3460BK Sewer Hose Carrier Adjustable is a reliable and convenient way to store sewer hoses! This black, telescoping carrier adjusts from 34 to 60 inches, with a 4.45-inch inner diameter, fitting most 3-inch drain hoses and fittings (except one-piece 90-degree fittings). The durable plastic construction is corrosion-resistant, and the vented quarter-turn twist-lock caps with straps prevent moisture buildup while keeping contents secure. Installation is easy, with pre-assembled mounting brackets and self-tapping screws, taking about 10 minutes to mount under my trailer. The adjustable length accommodates my 15-foot RhinoFLEX hose with fittings perfectly, and the lockable cap loops allow for added security with a padlock. My only minor note is that the caps can loosen if not twisted fully, but using a carabiner or zip tie ensures they stay in place. Priced around $45–$50, it’s a great value compared to fixed-length carriers, offering flexibility and durability. For anyone needing a clean, organized way to store sewer hoses or even fishing poles, this Valterra carrier is a top choice! Highly recommend!

Fantastic
Better than the one that came on our camper from the factory! We got this to carry a second sewer hose. It was very easy to mount, adjustable length, and the best part is how much easier the cap is to take on and off. My husband gets frustrated fumbling with the cap on the factory installed tube which never lines up right on the first try. This one was made right, great quality, easy to use. If money were no object we'd replace the original tube with one of these as well. Highly recommend!

Good for breakdown fly rods too.
A bit pricey but better and cheaper than trying to fabricate one. Get you one... it really works great.

It is not one piece
We have a r- pod and for that it worked well. We were able to adjust and attach it without any problems. It is not one piece more like an adjustable curtain rod.

Added second sewer hose carrier
While watching a video for an RV, I noticed it had 2 sewer hose carriers. In looking at my Class B, realized I could also add a second hose carrier. Since this product is adjustable, it makes mounting easy. One thing to remember is the caps do not always stay on tightly. Once installed, I ziptied the backend and use a small carabiner for the front. Works great and I now can carry 20 ft of sewer hose and have some free space in the back of my very space limited class b.

Holds all 25 Feet of our Sewer Hose
The storage tube that came on our camper probably wouldn't hold more than a few feet of hose, so it wasn't good for that. I moved it to the other side of the camper and use it to store our propane bottles. Holds three very nicely. Back to this unit. You can make it about any size you want. If you are using at full length, you will want to add another support or attachment point. I think they should include another bracket. Also, the cap can get in the way when you are pulling the hose out. Better that than losing the cap, though. Overall, a great product that is getting the job done!

I had to replace the back bumper of our RV and the sewer pipes would no longer fit, so I decided to try this hose carrier. It is great and so much easier to get out of than the bumper was; plus it doesn't leave water inside to rust away (which is why I lost my first bumper). You have to make sure you close the ends properly, or you'll lose the cover but that's our job. I've seen complaints of that in the reviews. If you look closely at the picture, you will see I fastened it to the bumper with heavy-duty black zip ties. Through one season, this is working to perfection. Highly recommend.

Quite expensive . Clean install. Accepts my hose ends without interference.. I would have liked the ability to move the attaching supports inboard as they are permanently bonded to the extreme ends of the tube. I had to build outriggers to accommodate this inflexible design to mount them on the front ‘A’ frame of my trailer. I am also not sure about the end caps as I find from use that it is quite difficult to align the caps and rotate them into a locked position. I am not sure how long it will be before I lose the locking ability and have to resort to a Velcro retention solution. I think I will look for some 5” dia black ABS pipe with screwed in end cap fittings as a final solution.

Did not use the supplied screws. Made no sense. Instead used 1" and 3/4" galvanized stove bolts. Drilled holes into frame underside of trailer behind tires as I have a teardrop without a bumper and space behind the propane tank and battery box was too tight. It is very secure but we have not used the trailer yet. So we don't know if it will rattle off like the cheap machine screws used to hold the fresh water tank in place. I changed them as well while on a trip last winter. Good quality unit.
