NYX Eye Brow Shaper Wax

I am an older woman and my white eyebrows like to go every which way but straight. This pencil really works well on taming the eyebrows. Like it better than a gel.

My eyebrows are extremely unruly. Because I damaged them during my youth, my eyebrows do not lie flat. This wax not only shapes my eyebrows - it also tames them. The wax has a smooth application and my eyebrows look perfect and polished afterwards. And unlike the gels that I used in the past, the wax lasts throughout the day. I also purchased the NYX Sharpener and it sharpens with very little waste. This is a great product and I'm not sure how I managed without it for so long.

Love love love this eyebrow wax. I can’t ever find it anywhere anymore. It’s inexpensive and works amazingly well. It will hold eyebrow hairs all day or night. It’s not clumpy and it’s basically invisible. Just like a chunky colored pencil. It’s goes kind of quickly and I wish they were sold more places. I think they are being discontinued.

Once again, NYX delivers a high quality product at a fraction of department store cost. This was glides on easily and does not melt against body heat like some other brow waxes. I love that I do not have to sharpen the pencil over and over again because it just keeps it's shape so well! I have a medium dark complexion and I can wear it alone on my brows without any visible residue. It also works well under brow pencils, powders and pomades. I give it four stars because the hold is not as strong as other drug store brands that I have tried, but it still works well.

This eyebrow wax is great. It's not too greasy and it does keep your brows in place most of the day. It is still wax so there is a bit of the waxy feeling. Just groom them with a eyebrow brush and they'll stay in place. I gave it three stars because this wax will get the job done but you do not want to use it every day. And if you over do it they'll look gelled on. So use a light hand and and eye brow brush and you'll be set

This isn't an extraordinary thing. It's a stick of wax. It goes on matte, not shiny, and is, for all intents and purposes, invisible... so apply as much or as little as you need. I use this for taming my brows and keeping them neat looking. I don't use a brow powder with this. I definitely prefer this stick as opposed to the poured pots that you apply with a brush, which I think are better if you are applying brow color. I think the stick really helps mold things down and keep them looking tidy. It's especially good for in-between tweezing/trimming, when your brows are looking a little unruly. It molds them into shape with ease. It is a little hard to stick down unruly hairs that are really long or have a curl to them, so when I encounter those I usually just pluck them out. Would repurchase. I have occasionally seen drugstore brands of this that seem to work the same for cheaper. I am also a fan of Revlon's Brow Fantasy, but the brow fantasy gel doesn't last as long as this (8+ hours).

I think this is the best eyebrow wax I've gotten so far. It picks up the pigments of the eyebrow powder (I use Anastasia's brow powder). I like how you can percisely distribute the wax, and it really does last all day. All day! I am a full time student, train-commuter, and work 30 hours a week. This wax lasts from 5am-12am. I am impressed with this product since I have oily skin too. I will buy again and recommend this to others who are looking for a new wax to try. The only down side is that when you sharpen the pencil, there is so much wax that is lost with the sharpening- perhaps I could do an old-school method to save more product. Anyway, this makes me sad since this is ~$8 to buy.
