It's not as wide of a view as I thought it would be. My last one was much wider and I could see vehicles in the lanes next to me on both sides. this one helps you see the faces of people in the backseat. Probably great for an Uber or Lyft driver but I really have passengers.

I was sceptical with this but it was cheaper than replacing the whole mirror that was damaged. Glad I took the chance on it! I can see everything in the back of my van. It makes it so much easier to see my babies in the back seats and vehicles behind me. And helps so much with backing up too. It easily clips on, tightly, to the old mirror and IT STAYS THERE. !! I live on a old gravel road with lots of potholes and that mirror stays put. And if I change vehicles, it comes right off without worrying about it breaking.

Warning: This mirror is extremely wide angled! The image behind you is very clear and shows the backseat passengers very well, but it throws off my depth perception in regards to reversing and traffic behind me. I opted to not even use it while reversing. I wear a strong glasses prescription, which may contribute to this. My gf liked it, and she does not wear glasses. Worth a try. Just make sure you know the steps to return items incase it doesn't fit your liking.
